About the Fund
Our newly formed Category 3 Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) aims to identify and invest in high-potential companies in India. We follow a rigorous fundamental research-driven investment approach to generate superior risk-adjusted returns.

Role Overview
The Senior Research Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities in listed Indian companies. The position involves deep fundamental research, including detailed study and analysis of company financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. The analyst will provide actionable insights and detailed reports to support investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
● Conduct thorough fundamental research and financial analysis of publicly listed companies in India.
● Analyze company income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and related disclosures to assess financial health and growth prospects.
● Build financial models and valuation analyses to identify investment opportunities.
● Monitor market and sector trends to provide a macroeconomic and microeconomic perspective on investments.
● Prepare detailed investment reports and recommendations for the fund management team.
● Track portfolio companies and update research based on quarterly results and other developments.

Candidate Requirements
● Bachelorʼs or Masterʼs degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
● Strong understanding of Indian accounting principles and ability to analyze financial statements critically.
● Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
● Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Prior experience in an investment research role focused on Indian listed equities is a strong plus.
