Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Analyzing audited financial statements, and conducting detailed credit assessments to support debt and advisory transactions.
• Evaluating credit assessment based on review of Credit rating and various other Company reports.
• Evaluating group credit positions, coordinate due diligence activities with consultants, and work closely with clients to organize and manage data rooms for lender review.
• Prepare Information Memorandum, Financial Models, Presentation materials, credit notes and any other documents in connection with various debt proposals.
• Strong understanding on Balance sheet evaluation and ability to make Cashflow projections/Financial Model for potential investors.
• Understanding various credit queries and address the same to Investor satisfaction.
• Liase with clients on receipt of information/data and streamlining to investor expectations/formats.
• Stay updated with market trends, regulations, and industry developments affecting investment banking activities /financial advisory services.
• Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple transaction requirements efficiently.

Required Skills:
• 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking or
• financial advisory services.
• Financial modelling skills and experience in preparation of
• PowerPoint Presentation.
• Credit analysis

Qualification:
CA / MBA / PGDM (from a reputed institute)
