Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
• Support international FDD/ QoE assignments, analyzing financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Identify non-recurring, extraordinary, or non operational items to calculate normalized EBITDA.
• Review revenue recognition policies, margin sustainability, and expense patterns.
• Prepare working papers, schedules, and QoE reports in line with US GAAP.
• Assist in building and reviewing financial models, projections, and business plans.
• Highlight key financial risks or deal-related issues for client decision-making.
• Support deal execution by providing data-backed insights for valuation, pricing, and structuring.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Background: CA / CPA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: 4–5 years in financial due diligence, audit, or transaction advisory with exposure to international or US clients.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficient in PowerPoint/Word for reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
