Purpose of the Role
The role exists to strengthen the capability and performance of the Private Wealth Management (PWM) team by designing and delivering high-impact learning interventions. The position will ensure that relationship managers, and leaders are equipped with the right product knowledge, market understanding, sales capability, and client engagement skills to meet the evolving expectations of HNI/UHNI clients. The ultimate purpose is to build a future-ready, high performing wealth management workforce that drives business growth, enhances client experience, and maintains a competitive edge in the market.

What We Are Looking For
• Considerable experience working in a private wealth or financial services environment, preferably in a business or training role.
• Proven high-performance track record throughout career.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Ability to provide sound, practical solutions to stakeholders across levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—both written and oral.


Key Responsibilities
• Design structured learning programs (classroom, virtual, blended) tailored to the needs of the PWM team.
• Deliver training on:
    • Financial markets & investment products (MF, PMS, AIF)
    • Market trends & investment outlook
    • Asset allocation frameworks
    • Client handling & advisory techniques
• Conduct mock sessions, product refreshers, and certification-based programs to reinforce capability.
• Collaborate with Business Heads to identify training needs using feedback, performance data, and business insights and conduct reviews.
• Customize interventions based on the RM lifecycle (new, mid-level RMs, senior leadership).
• Share best practices and success stories from top performers to drive excellence.
• Measure training effectiveness through pre/post assessments, feedback scores, and business KPIs.
• Prepare and share monthly reports with insights, gaps, and recommendations for future capability priorities.

Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferred certifications: CFP, CFA, NISM modules, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in:
    • Financial advisory
    • Private wealth sales
    • Wealth management training
    • Learning & Development roles
• Exposure to HNI/UHNI client handling or advisory business will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
