Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst with deep expertise in financial modeling to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain complex financial models to support valuation, forecasting, and decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business objectives into robust financial frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, enhance, and maintain advanced financial models, including:
• 3-statement models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation models
• Revenue build and cohort analysis
• Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
• Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and driver-based forecasting.
• Interpret financial data and provide actionable insights for investment decisions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability of models for recurring use.
• Document model logic and maintain version control for audit and compliance.
• Support automation and integration of models into analytical systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA (pursuing) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including complex formulas, macros, and data visualization).
• Strong understanding of DCF, comps, precedent transactions, and revenue forecasting.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of investment banking, private equity, or buy-side analysis.

Hands-on modeling experience of LBOs, mergers, or distribution waterfalls.
