Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Increasing Assets under management through relationship building across large IFA’s, National distributors, Banks and Direct clients.
  • Planning, formulating, and implementing promotional strategies at the investor and distributor level to increase market penetration and enhance brand visibility.
  • Strengthening the channel reach and providing necessary technical and soft skill training.
  • Ensuring seamless operations in the branch while strictly adhering to compliance norms.
  • Ensure effective and smooth relationship with National distributors.
  • Developing business through consultative engagement with the channel partners.
  • Responsible for prospecting , selling, and managing RM’s / Salespeople in the ND counters who are into mutual funds.
  • Proving Technical and soft skill training to the ND partners for increasing Purchase market share and increasing our over-the-counter presence.
