Experience- 5+ Years
Location- Pune
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Preparing Business requirement document (BRD)/ Functional Specification document (FSD)/SPEC
- Participation in HLD/macro-level design and LLD/micro-level design and Prototyping.
- Proficient in GAP analysis
- Hands on experience in writing Epics, Feature and User stories.
- Understand, design and document financial product requirement
- Reporting to client and management on software/ application status and updates
- Periodic testing applications & review the possibilities of enhancements
- Coordination with software development and testing team.
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Any understanding of Data warehouse, BI tools and prototyping is a plus.
Financial knowledge:
Requires knowledge of financial terms, Ratio analysis, financial statements, revenue and cost drivers of a company. Understanding the capital market would be an added benefit.

Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with ability to effectively present information to stakeholders.
