Roles and Responsibilities-
AUM Growth through Relationships:
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners like national distributors, banks, and direct clients to drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
- Promotion & Brand Strategy:
- Plan and implement targeted promotional strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility at both the investor and distributor levels.
Channel Strengthening & Training:
- Strengthen distribution channels by providing essential training, including technical and soft skills, to ensure effective outreach and support.
Operational Compliance:
- Ensure seamless branch operations with strict adherence to regulatory compliance.
Sales of PMS to HNIs:
- Sell Portfolio Management Services (PMS) products to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and provide investment advisory services across different segments, including banking, non-banking, institutional, and offshore investors.
Relationship Management with Intermediaries:
- Maintain relationships with key intermediaries (e.g., SCB, HDFC, Kotak Privy, Aditya Birla, etc.) and onboard/train Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to generate business across the region.
