Roles and Responsibilities-

• Transaction Support: Develop and review financial models, including DCF, comparable companies analysis, and transaction precedent analysis, to support mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and restructuring deals.
• Deal Origination Support: Collaborate on pitchbooks, teasers, confidential information memorandum, and other marketing materials for clients.
• Client Engagement: Maintain high-quality standards while managing client relationships, understanding their requirements, and delivering customized solutions.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of analysts and associates, ensuring the delivery of client-ready work.
• Sales and Business Development: Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for expanding services. Contribute to client pitches and manage cross-functional initiatives to win new business.
• Process Excellence: Implement best practices to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance with data security and integrity norms Manage process of feedback and implementing feedback from client on monthly basis.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in investment banking, financial services, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction advisory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of client engagement.
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP, capital markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Exposure to advanced analytics tools and automation in research and financial modeling is a plus.
• A U.S. visa (preferred but not mandatory).
