Roles & Responsibilities:
• Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Position the company as a differentiated and trusted AMC brand in the industry.
• Digital Marketing: Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email campaigns, and marketing automation. – Drive website traffic, digital investor engagement, and lead generation through digital channels. – Manage the corporate website – content, UX, performance metrics.
• Social Media Management: Develop and manage the firm’s presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms. – Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, thought leadership, and investor awareness. Monitor social media analytics and engagement.
• Content Marketing: Create and oversee high-quality, investor-friendly content including blogs, newsletters, infographics, video scripts, and presentations. – Work closely with investment and sales teams to translate complex concepts into clear communication.
• Design & Visual Communication: Supervise graphic design work for marketing collaterals, product brochures, presentations, digital creatives. – Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual identity guidelines.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team over time. Manage external vendors/agencies for content, design, and digital media.
Key Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience in the mutual fund or AMC space.
• Strong exposure to digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
• Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Mail chimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), etc.
