Location – Mumbai (Borivali)
Roles and Responsibilities –
1. Data Entry of transactions & POSP document verifications-
• Handling calls of internal & external stake holders including POSP, customers & branch support team.
2. Follow up with respective stake holders to close open points –
• Follow up with respective stake holders to resolve the query. Reporting of open issues to seniors. Maintain the
agreed TAT to resolve the issues.
3. MIS & Tracker –
• Maintenance of various trackers, reports & MIS on the receipt and closure of complaints. Reporting of various
daily, weekly & Monthly reports. Record of complains for internal, external audit and for IRDAI reporting.
4. Training to new Agent & Other Operational Activities – • Managing customer data in CMR. Training to branch support, IFD to complete the training. Other operational activities.
