Job description

Experience: 2+ years
Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:
The role is more of form and document verification for Individual and Non-Individual accounts. Has to have complete knowledge of documents required entity wise. Sharing the status of application with RM & CSE.

Critical
1) Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Accounts and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers.
2) Grow base customer revenue and create net new opportunities.
3) Scrutiny of KYC documents as per SEBI guidelines.
4) Financial strategy formulation.

Routine
1) Maintaining TAT for which account opening form received and open in define TAT
2) Generating of various MIS as per requirement on daily and monthly basis.
3) Query resolution

Role Requirements:
1) Educational Qualifications: Graduation, Advance Excel
2) Experience: Commerce stream with customer service background preferred
3) Domain Knowledge: Understanding of market pulse, knowledge on investment products, understanding of wealth platform
4) IT Skills: MS Office
