Locations: Prabhadevi (Mumbai)
Job Purpose: The role is more of form and document verification for Individual and Non-Individual accounts. Has to have complete knowledge of documents required entity wise. Sharing the status of application with RM & CSE.
Key Deliverables:
1) Critical
• Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Accounts and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers
• Grow base customer revenue and create net new opportunities
• Scrutiny of KYC documents as per SEBI guidelines
• Financial strategy formulation
2) Routine
• Maintaining TAT for which account opening form received and open in define TAT
• Generating of various MIS as per requirement on daily and monthly basis.
• Query resolution
Role Requirements:
• Educational Qualifications: Graduation, Advance Excel o Experience: Commerce stream with customer service background preferred
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of market pulse, knowledge on investment products, understanding of wealth platform
• IT Skills: MS Office
